๐ Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to? We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally or to US territories at this time.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1โ2 business days. After dispatch, standard shipping takes 8โ12 business days, bringing your total estimated delivery to 9โ14 business days.
How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.90. Orders of $175.1 or more qualify for free shipping โ no code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout.
What is your order cut-off time? Our daily cut-off is 6:00 PM PST. Orders placed before this time on a business day may be processed the same day. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking is usually active within 24โ48 hours after dispatch. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime.
My order is delayed โ what should I do? Occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues or weather. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at info@stylishpolish.com and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.

What is your return window? We offer a generous 45-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in original packaging.
Is return shipping free? Yes โ return shipping is completely free. Once your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email by our support team.
How do I start a return? Email us at info@stylishpolish.com with your order number. Our team will review your request and send your prepaid return label within 1โ2 business days. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
I received a damaged or wrong item โ what do I do? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stylishpolish.com with photos of the issue. We'll prioritize your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Do you offer exchanges? We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to availability.
When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5โ7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to reflect the amount.
Do you charge restocking fees? Never. All eligible returns are completely free of restocking charges.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna, and more.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Contact us at info@stylishpolish.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be available.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Stylish Polish never stores your card details. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and processed through secure, trusted payment providers.
