Return Window

We offer a generous 45-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

Free Returns — On Us

We believe returns should be effortless. That's why return shipping is completely free. Once your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent directly to your email by our support team — no printing fees, no out-of-pocket costs.

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at info@stylishpolish.com with your order number. Our team will review your request and send your prepaid return label within 1–2 business days. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stylishpolish.com with clear photos of the issue. We'll prioritize your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us promptly so we can secure your replacement before stock runs out.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require a little extra time to reflect the amount.

No Restocking Fees

Ever. Eligible returns are always free of restocking charges — because that's just the right thing to do.

Discounts & Promotions

Promotional codes and discount offers must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively or refunded if missed at checkout.
